Almost half of our regularly serviced clients had their aquarium installed and serviced by another company or individual. These clients made the switch and are now enjoying their aquarium with our outstanding maintenance program. We want to keep our clients for life and we conduct the maintenance with that in mind. It is in our best interest to keep your aquarium as beautiful and as healthy as possible.
We are not only concerned with the appearance of the aquarium but also with its health and stability. Reef aquariums are especially sensitive ecosystems and we want to make sure they are thriving and are in optimal condition. The frequency of maintenance visits vary depending on the client’s level of involvement, the number of fish, and the sophistication of the setup. Whatever the factors, we will be flexible with the hours and arrange for a schedule to fit your needs.
In most cases, service visits include: Water testing, Water change, Algae removal, Panel cleaning, Evaporation-water addition, Filter and pump servicing, Addition of supplements, Evaluation of the animals’ health, Delivery of live animals and supplies
Note: Be wary of the flat monthly service fee. It is common for companies to arrange an attractively priced monthly flat service fee for maintenance. This is usually abused by the provider and typically leads to under-stocked aquariums, cheap and unattractive fish, sick fish, low-end equipment, and other frequent problems.
